Tough Love x Black Excellence
We continue our Growing Up Black series with the topic of tough love in a Black home. We will also be discussing Black excellence and pressures on young Black people to excel as a result of the society we live in. How does this impact on mental health?

This discussion will be facilitated by young people, so if you are 16-25, come along and join in the conversation.
